We are in Texas, and we are alive

We are here. We love it!!! We are in a great neighborhood, a fun house on base. Kaden goes to pre-school for a half-day. Mom loves it!!! and, Kaden loves it. They gave all the kids ipod shuffles so that they can learn the songs, and here he is enjoying :)

We love our yard, and our driveway. Elise pushes Kaden up the driveway on her bike (he thinks hers is easier to ride than his).

The joys of living in L.A.

We had a great 'life in L.A.' experience a couple of weeks ago. We came home from church, and I parked our Civic on the street to leave the spot in our garage for Keldon when he came home. In the morning he went out to move the Civic off the street for street cleaning. He came back in a couple of minutes later and said, "Amy, where did you park the car again?" I re-affirmed what he thought. He said, "It's not there." Awesome! Our car was stolen. We still can't believe it, but it's true. We started looking for a replacement, and I think I had a little pull in the car that we decided on......

and, despite the fact that it's a 1999 mini van (it's older)....I love it!!! It was heavenly coming back after Christmas from Keldon's parents house.
